Bill Barlow's background as a senior sales and marketing executive with multiple Fortune 500 organizations makes him uniquely qualified to identify and relate to top-level executives and donors. Following his studies at the University of South Carolina, Bill served as a Company Commander with the 82nd Airborne Division and is a Vietnam veteran. He also attended the Management Development Program at Columbia University.

Bill led National Sales and Marketing with the Gillette Company, was Vice-President of Sales and Marketing with Western Publishing Company, and was the primary career system advisor with the South Carolina Department of Education, managing the state’s Education and Economic Development Act initiative.  In addition, Barlow managed seven more state career planning systems while Director at Kuder Career Planning Company.

Upon leaving the for-profit business sector, he served as Director of Business Development for statewide focused career research organizations that address the needs of secondary and post-secondary students. Bill has been instrumental in identifying and cultivating major gift donors for two-year colleges and most recently served as the Director of Development for The Medal of Honor Museum Foundation. Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors for Friends of The Fisher House, Dorn VA, South Carolina.
